Door-to-Door Garbage collection
My elder brother Raghupati Manji was doing this work of garbage collection as we live in his in-laws place in Yarpur Domkhana from where he got this job, thus he got this opportunity in Nidan Swachh Dhara; and then he asked us to join this work of safai mitra. I joined because of assured and fixed salary and few bucks from sale of rags to raddiwala.
I also like the group work and feeling of comradeship. We start for work in group and return back in group and also take our meal together in the areas. Residents respect us- a kind of acceptance in the area.
