Benefits of changes
Social and economic benefit of Door-to-Door garbage collection before joining Nidan we were working as informal way but now we have a formal identity. There are many benefits of this work like social and economic.
For example economic changes like in-formal to formal work, Regular work, assured income additional income, saving, and social security like insurance (group and individual insurance) both.
EPF and ESI contribution and many other benefits like health checkup. Social changing like acceptance in society and in community both. Some change in living condition, children are given better environment. I was also elected as board member in newly formed SWACHH DHARA FOUNDATION which is going to gradually take up the responsibility of waste management work being undertaken currently by Nidan.
